Horst Zastrow, 85, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 19, 2017. Dear brother of Edeltraut Ponath, and the late George (the late Anni) Zastrow. Cherished uncle of Anita (George) Janikowski, and George (Kieran) Zastrow, great-uncle of Mike and Alysia Janikowski, Liesl and Owen Zastrow. Horst was born September 28, 1931 in Germany. His family would like to thank the staff at Brookdale Senior Living of Prospect Heights.
Visitation Saturday, 10:00 A.M. until Funeral Services at 11:00 A.M. at St. John Lutheran Church, 1100 S. Linneman Rd., Mt. Prospect.
Interment St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Mt. Prospect.
